Valerie Calhoun, anchor for the Emmy Award winning Good Morning Memphis show on WHBQ FOX 13, will be visiting the University of Tennessee's campus on Friday, April 17th. She has been invited to speak to any students interested in TV News and will be speaking at 11:00 in the Scripps Lab (Room 402). Valerie is a UT alum and graduated in 1986 and worked in South Carolina, Alabama, and East Tennessee before moving to Memphis. Valerie joined WHBQ-TV after FOX bought the station and began morning news in the late 1990s.
